Scope of Maintenance Services
The following services are covered under the MapleTree Media monthly maintenance retainer for genesismedtech.com. All services are performed proactively unless stated otherwise.

Regular updates to WordPress core, all installed plugins (see Appendix A), and the active theme. Updates are reviewed before deployment to minimise the risk of conflicts or disruption to the live site.

Periodic scanning for known vulnerabilities and malware using installed security tools. Where issues are identified, we will flag and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

Appendix B
Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: Monthly invoices issued on the 1st of each month, payable within 14 days.
Contract Length: Minimum 12-month commitment required to qualify for the preferential rate stated in this proposal.
Cancellation: 60 days written notice required for early termination of a committed term contract.
Scope of Work: Work exceeding the monthly hour allocation will be quoted separately at our standard hourly rate and approved by the client before proceeding.
Exclusions: Third-party costs (hosting, domain renewals, premium plugin licences) are billed at cost and are not included in the retainer. New feature development, major redesigns, and platform migrations fall outside this scope and will be separately proposed.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared materials, access credentials, and proprietary business information.
